All orders ship from Montreal, Canada. Prices on the Site are in US dollars.
Processing and delivery times
- Same-day dispatch: order by 13:00 Eastern Time (ET) on a business day and your order leaves our Montreal warehouse the same day. Delivery times below are counted from dispatch.
- Customs and location: delivery can take longer depending on customs checks, your location, and carrier availability.
- United States: since August 29, 2025, the U.S. no longer has a USD 800 duty-free threshold, so every order goes through formal customs clearance. We pay all U.S. duties and fees, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
- Peak periods: during sales and holidays, processing and delivery can take longer.

- DHL Express
- FedEx International Priority
DHL is our main carrier, and FedEx is used when DHL isn't available for your address. The carrier and local delivery partner may vary by destination.
Duties and taxes
Canada
Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/QST) are added at checkout. There are no duties on orders shipped within Canada.
Duties paid (DDP)
Orders to these destinations ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import taxes and duties are prepaid by us, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Norway
- Australia
Rest of the world (DDU)
Orders to all other countries, including Switzerland, ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local customs authority or the carrier may charge import taxes, duties, and fees, which you pay before or on delivery. These charges aren't included in your order total, and we can't predict them in advance. If you refuse a package because of these charges, the return shipping cost and any charges we incur may be deducted from your refund.
