Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from harrygeorge.co and its sub-domains (the "Site"). They apply to every order you place with us and every visit to the Site.

Harry George is a brand of MHG Group Inc., a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean MHG Group Inc.

We keep these terms short and plain. Nothing in them limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the place you live, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Where a term conflicts with a law that protects you, the law wins.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is at the top of this page, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or a notice on the Site.

1. Disclaimer

We can't guarantee that every item on the Site is in stock when you order. If something you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you by email promptly and refund that item in full.

We work hard to show accurate product descriptions, images, sizing, and prices, but errors can happen and we may update the Site at any time. If we display or charge a price in error, we will correct it in your favour where the law requires. Quebec consumers are always charged the lower of the advertised and the correct price, as the Consumer Protection Act requires. Elsewhere, if a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before shipping and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Some services on the Site are provided by third parties, such as payment processing, carriers, and our hosting providers. We aren't responsible for their errors to the extent the law allows. We can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Site.

2. Copyright

Everything on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to MHG Group Inc. You may view, download, and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.

3. Trademarks

Our trademarks include the Harry George name and logo, and the names of our product lines. Using the Site doesn't give you any right to use them. Third-party marks shown on the Site, such as TENCEL™ and creora®, belong to their owners.

4. Resale policy

Products sold on the Site are for personal use, not resale. By ordering, you confirm you're buying for yourself or as a gift. If you'd like to stock Harry George, contact us about wholesale. We may decline or cancel orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale, and we'll refund any payment in full.

5. Privacy and cookies

How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we don't sell your personal information, card numbers go straight to our payment processor and never touch our servers, and we send marketing only with your consent.

The Site uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, sign-in, security) are always on. Performance, functional, and advertising cookies are optional, and you can change your choices at any time in our cookie banner. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop checkout from working.

To access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or to withdraw consent, email privacy@harrygeorge.co.

6. Your account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it. You're responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to keep it secure. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

The Site isn't intended for anyone under 16. You must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

7. Orders

Before you pay, checkout shows the products, their price, shipping, taxes and duties, the total, and the estimated delivery time. When you place an order, we send an email confirming we've received it. You'll receive the full contract details, including these terms, by email.

We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order that is placed in bad faith, appears fraudulent, or comes from a customer with an unresolved payment dispute. If we cancel, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

8. Discount codes

Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, applied to past orders, or combined with other offers unless the offer says so.

9. Shipping, duties and delivery

We ship with DHL and FedEx at the flat rates shown at checkout. For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

We'll send tracking once your order ships. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery. If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, or of your order if we gave none, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Quebec consumers have this right under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Returns and exchanges

Wherever you live, you can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Start a return from your account or by emailing support@harrygeorge.co, and we'll send instructions and a label.

For hygiene reasons, underwear is final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, except where the law gives you a right to return it. T-shirts and other tops must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund it to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping is refunded only when the whole order is returned or the item is faulty.

11. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do so, use the withdrawal function on our Site or email support@harrygeorge.co with your name, order number, and the items you're cancelling. We'll confirm receipt by email.

We'll refund the amount you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the products or proof you've sent them back. Please return them within 14 days of your notice. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty.

If an item's value has gone down because it was handled more than needed to check its nature, fit, and characteristics, we may deduct that loss from your refund. Under EU and UK law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This covers underwear whose hygiene seal has been removed.

12. Legal warranty

Our products come with the legal warranties of the place you live, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

• Quebec: under the Consumer Protection Act, products must be fit for the purpose for which they're ordinarily used and durable for a reasonable time, given their price and normal use.
• Rest of Canada: you have the warranties provided by the sale-of-goods and consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
• European Union: you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771. The exact period depends on your country.
• United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days, and seek a repair, replacement, or refund after that.

The legal warranty covers faults and items that don't match their description. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from not following the care instructions. If you think a product is faulty, email support@harrygeorge.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll review it and cover the return shipping.

13. Links

The Site may link to websites we don't control, such as advertising opt-out pages and our partners' sites. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Colours and sizing

We photograph our products carefully, but colours on screen depend on your device and settings and may differ slightly from the product. Use our size guide before ordering; if the fit isn't right, see Returns and exchanges.

15. Misuse of the Site

You may not use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, scrape it, or try to access accounts or areas you aren't authorised to use. If you do, we may block your access and take any action available to us under the law.

16. Force majeure

We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include war, civil unrest, government measures, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, power, telecommunications or internet failures, epidemics, and natural disasters. If such an event delays your order beyond a reasonable time, either of us may cancel it and we'll refund you in full.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

No clause in these terms requires a Quebec consumer to submit a dispute to arbitration or waives their right to take part in a class action.

18. Language

These terms are available in French and English. The French version is provided first to Quebec consumers. The two versions have equal value.
